For physical deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 services, as well as EVRI courier services, depending on the delivery requirements.
We currently ship physical products (such as CDs, DVDs, or USB drives with your custom song) only within the United Kingdom.
However, digital products (such as MP3s or video files) are delivered electronically and can be sent worldwide.
All our shipments include tracking options, so you can easily follow your order's progress.

No Returns or Cancellations
Due to the fully personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been placed. All songs are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused for other customers. Please ensure all details provided are accurate before placing your order.
Please note: we only provide the personalized song without a video clip unless otherwise agreed. Creating a video clip requires significant time and effort. You are welcome to provide us with ideas, and we will do our best to accommodate your vision.
Delivery Time
We work to complete every order as quickly as possible. Typically, we will finish your personalized song within 1 to 3 business days, after which we will send it to you. Please note that we do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery time may vary based on the complexity of the request.
